New Lantern is an engineering-led company. Our engineers work across the full stack: cloud infrastructure, DICOM streaming, real-time viewer performance, and the AI models powering Curie. You'll work directly with radiologists, observe their workflows firsthand, and build software that changes how they practice.

Every feature ships to radiologists reading real studies for real patients. When you speed up image loading by 200ms or reduce a reporting workflow by three clicks, that compounds across thousands of reads per day. The feedback loop is short and the impact is measurable.
